Ideal Foam Blasters are here to provide you the best service and quality that every foam flinger needs. From blasters to accessories, our policies page will cover a variety of topics that may help you with your purchases.

Order Placement

  1. To make a purchase, customers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  2. All products are subject to availability. In case of stock unavailability, customers will be notified, and options for a refund or alternative products will be provided.

Customization Requests

  1. Customers can request specific modifications for their foam blasters. Customization options are detailed on the product pages, and additional requests can be communicated to our customer support team.
  2. Blasters made at IFB are by staff who carefully and meticulously assemble each part so that the blaster holds up during games.

  3. Customers who have ordered 3D-printed blasters will only receive them once we have finished printing, assembling and testing.
    Do not hesitate to reach out to us regarding updates on your custom blasters. 

Legal Compliance

  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of our products comply with local laws and regulations

Warranty

  1. Our products do not come with warranty unless stated in the listing.

  2. All warranty does not cover misuse or unauthorised modifications.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation of a preorder will result in the forfeiture of any prepaid deposit.

  2. In the event of cancellation for a fully paid order, a full refund MAY be allowed under the following circumstances:
    a. The client finds another party to take over the order within 14 days.

    b. Refund will be made after third party makes full payment. (Client to bear reversal transaction fee from payment portals such as Stripe or PayPal)
    c. To successfully request cancellation, please write to us about your decision and provide the details above with the successful transaction by the third-party customer.
    d. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail [email protected]

  3. Conditions for returns:
    In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    a. The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

    b. You have emailed [email protected] and have received a return authorisation.

    c. The goods are in the original packaging and original sale condition (For Accessories and Blasters).

    d. For foam blasters ensure that they have not been modified in any way.

  4. The following goods cannot be returned:
    a. The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

    b. The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

    c. The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

    d. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

    e. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

  5. Returning Goods:
    a. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
    b. You should send the goods to the following address: 970 Toa Payoh North, #01-18, Singapore 318992.

  6. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
